        One star is a stretch for Neil and his staff. My father and I went on a trip to Namibia and on to Kruger Park in South Africa in the spring of 2012. Our trip was wrought with problems from the time we set foot in the Johannesburg airport and Neil's business associate whom we stayed with in Namibia (5 stars there, tho!) had to help us navigate the remainder of our trip due to the negligence of Neil's staff. I tried to give Neil the benefit of the doubt since his staff basically made all of our arrangements, but Neil ignored our repeated requests to discuss this with him upon our return. After nearly a year, Neil did finally agree to meet with my dad and admitted that one of his staff lost her job as a result of this fiasco, but other than that he was not willing to acknowledge our problems at all. Neil did not attempt at any level to address or try to resolve any of the issues I specifically relayed to him in writing. In fact, at one point he tried to claim he had no idea we had such problems. He was the first one I contacted and made aware of our problems while still on our trip, but apparently he forgot that. A huge string of errors that cost us a significant amount of money in addition to what we had originally paid for the trip. Feel free to contact me for details.
