Family therapy can repair strained relationships and strengthen family connections, improving your family’s ability to function as a whole. Individual therapy can ease anxiety and self-doubt, building confidence and self-esteem. I work with individuals, teens and families struggling with the negative effects of depression, anxiety, mood swings, poor self-image, drug and alcohol problems, truancy and other behavior problems. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual abuse, helping them to heal, rebuild trust and improve their self-concept.
