Smart Center Portland

This is a unique dealership because their inventory is a mixture of small, eco-friendly cars and huge, gas guzzling SUV's (used cars). I think that the sales staff is surprisingly friendly, but then things go through their inept management staff and office staff and all goes to the garbage dumpster. I know that dealership managers are supposed to be the bad guys, but these particluarly fit the bill. And when it comes to getting paperwork or other things that people behind the scenes should be doing... forget about it. Great sales staff. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
