A-1 Auto Glass

I recently had a crack fixed or at least that's what I thought. When contacting the owner he basically told me that this was not 100% I told your wife this, we can add money toward new wind shield and that he was forced to do this first per the insurance company. As I explained the repair did not work to start with he said there was little he could do and that again he explained this. There is nothing documented about this on any bill or do a read it on his web site. As I asked for the reason I was transferred off to a lady who told me what a new wind shied would cost cheaper if I paid cash ???? What??? Why less if cash and more if paid by insurance?? This business is in the business of doing half AXX work and than person coming back and sticking them with a new wind shield. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR GLASS REPAIR. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINES BUREAU and have already contacted my insurance company who will be involved.
