This business tries to take advantage of female customers. They attempt to sell you services you don't need and they think that because you're female, you time is not valuable and you can be made to wait longer than their male customers.

If you go there (which I don't recommend), take your brother, your boyfriend, your dad, an uncle - anybody MALE. Or, be prepared for them to try to take advantage of you because you "seem like such a nice gal."

We took in the car for a simple oil change at NOON. There was a coupon in the paper - with a terrific price - but when we got there, they tried to sell us more than the coupon covered. We declined. Then, they told us the oil change (4-cylinder car) would take about two hours. We went back at 3:30PM and it still wasn't finished but they said our car was "third in line". They finally called at 5:30 and told us to come get the car and TO HURRY because they were closing!

Beware when using their coupons or leaving your car with them.
