Overall

I have been to Big Fish several times and this time was the worst. We arrived about 4:15 on Sat 3/19/16 (the place was empty). We waited about 10 min until our waitress Crystal to come by to tell us that she would be with us "shortly". Another 5 min went by until another waiter took our drink order.WE received the drinks and then Crystal came with the same order about 5 min later (25 min total wait time to be asked what we wanted to . We ordered and the food was good as usual. Not once did Crystal ask if everything was ok ? We had our appetizers salad and main course without any comments. She just dropped the food and left. During this time I overheard other servers doing their job by describing some dishes and explaining how the fish is delivered fresh every morning as well as coming by the tables he was waiting to check on the approval (was everything prepared to your satisfaction?) of the customers dishes. I love all of Landry's restaurants but will never return to this location.

Overall
Poor service

We where 8 people who tried to get a table outside on a nice wednesday summer night to celebrate my birthday, but that seemed to be very difficult. We started off with 5 people while we where waiting for the others, and they managed to come up with one table for 4. They said that 4 of us could sit down outside but one person had to stay inside (how can you say something like that??)

Then later they manged to find two tables, but they where far apart, so if we wanted to sit outside we had to split the party. We tried to argue that this was a birthday party and that we wanted to sit together, but they said that if we wanted to sit outside this was the only option because it was too complicated to get two tables together. They had no intention on trying to help us out, they where more focused on gossiping. We ended up sitting inside in a far too airconditioned bar. I'm not very impressed...
