        Overall

        Prov Auto Body is by far the best auto body shop in R.I. Knew the family for years and are the best to work with. Prov Auto will handle your claim from beginning to end with no hassle. It's the customers that they care about. Once your car is ready for pickup it will look sparkling new as if it was never in an accident.

        Overall

        worst experience ever. Waited a week for an appointment. Then they told me my $2,300 in damage would take 14 business days. Rude customer service also. They clearly have too much business. Taking my car elsewhere.
