Dunrite Auto Glass

called for windshield repair They did not show up at all. they did not call and will not answer the phone. After doing some research I found they have an "F" rating with the BBB

Pathetic Service, just pathetic.

Really bothers us that we had James out to our house to fix our Hyundai windshield for some small cracks and he screwed us.

At first he seemed like a great guy. He was fast and seemed to do a good job and then....



James put the new windshield in and when he attached the old mirror it fell off while he was working on it. Ok, so he put it back on so I thought.

Next day my wife just lightly touched the mirror to adjust and it felt right off. We had not touched it at all for a whole day so that the glue would dry and it did.

After calling James 5 times and hearing his promise to come out and fix it on a couple of those calls I did not worry.

James never came out and stopped taking our calls.

Oh yes he did cash our check the very next day promptly.

I went to another auto glass shop recommended by Hyundai and they confirmed that the mirror was falling off because it was broken. Hm....wonder how that happened James?

So we are both unemployed seniors and could not afford a factory replacement for over $200 so we went to the auto store and purchased a simple little $13 mirror.

Oh, by the way the car is a 2006 model and we have never had issues with the mirror.

James should go out of business. We don't need people in this country prying on senior citizens for what little money they have.

Instead of this guy coming clean and admitting the problem and finding a solution, he just ran....

By the way, the auto glass place down the street was so good and professional they consulted with me on the problem, told me the solution and when I brought in a new mirror from the auto store they installed it for free.

I won't put their names down here because I'm quite sure they want nothing to do with the likes of James nor do I.

I've called twice and left 2 emails for these guys to get a leak in my wife's windshield repaired. I had her windshield replaced in 2011 by the Puyallup location and now no one answers the phone or returns my messages or emails.

Looks like a fly by night operation to me.

I'll be sure to bad mouth them every chance I get!!!

Fast,quality,professional service. Called around today to get my door glass fixed that was broken last night by some lowlife losers. Called my insurance company and they put me thru to safelite glass which they "highly recommended" never will take their recommendation again. After being on hold for at least 15mins they finally answered only to find out they couldn't get someone out to fix it until Wednesday,hello its saturday can't wait that long sorry. Btw ms safelite out of state answering person, Puyallup is in Washington. I Called around and Dunrite auto glass picked up with in 3 rings,made me feel like they truly cared about my loss and had a technician at my door step in about 2 hours. Technicians was very professional,knowledgeable and polite.He had my glass fixed in about 40mins, and also cleaned up all the glass. Thank you for your quick service today. Will definitely refer you guys to anyone who needs there glass fixed.

Best service I have received from an auto repair facility. I want to thank you guys for your excellent customer service and superior workmanship today. My windshield got hit by a rock yesterday on my way home from work. I googled auto glass and picked Dunrite auto glass because of all the other great reviews from other customers,im glad I did(and here is one more),I have learned the hard way before about just picking joe schmo out of the book. They came to my work the next day,arrived on time(even called 30mins. before arriving to let me know they where on their way) did an awesome job,handled all of the insurance paper work and even gave me a coupon for $25.00 off my next service.I will most definitely be recommending you guys to my friends.If your reading this,please take my advice and choose dunrite auto glass if you want great service!

Great service,I highly recommend this company. I now have had both of my cars windshields replaced by Dunrite Auto Glass. The service every time was efficient,professional, and thorough. James the technician called ahead and let me know exactly when to expect him, arrived promptly,did a great job and dealt with the insurance company.Hopefully I don't get hit by another rock from the road but if I do I know who to call, Thank you Dunrite auto glass- Two thumbs up to you guys:)

Excellent service from start to finish!!!! I have had other company's fix my glass in the past but never again. Dunrite will be the only one that will ever touch my vehicle again. They showed up at my work on-time, technician was clean, professional and very thorough. He even went above and beyond by cleaning not only the windshield glass when done but all the other windows too. The price was exactly as quoted with no hidden fees-i.e. disposal fees,travel charge etc. like the other companys.Thanks again for the Excellent service and will be recommending you guys to all my freinds and family and also to anybody who needs glass in their vehicle. I called Dunrite to have a windshield changed, it seemed convenient at the time they showed up with their mobile service were running a little bit late, no big deal, he installed the windshield didn't take long... the real problem occurred when I got on the freeway the next morning and air was coming through my windshield, I spoke with them they said they would come fix it they never showed you never called! now every time I call I get sent to voicemail, it's very frustrating. after spending $300 I would hope they would actually do something right but they didn't.
