Had my parts but stuck me with two 80 mile trips because they shorted me my grill. Didn't even offer an appology, or gas money off the part. Not good business in my book.

They had most all the parts I wanted and they were in good shape, they brought the parts up and put them in my SUV. I guess I should have checked them as they did this, as I got all the way home and they shorted me my grill. I called and they said "Yeah, it's here, waiting for you to pick it up." I feel they should have checked to see that I got all the parts since they did the loading, they didn't even offer to send it to me at their cost for the inconvenience. I was not too happy, having to drive 80 miles again, I am a 65 year old woman and my husband is not well. Just a no care attitude after they got the money. The service left me a little cold.

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS YARD FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND HAVE HAD GREAT SEVICE FROM THEM . THE PRICES ARE LOWER THEN MOST YARDS IF THEY DONT HAVE IT THEY TRY TO FIND IT AS SOON AS THEY CAN.IAM PLEASED WITH THE RETURD POLICY THEY HAVE A TRUE WORKING MAN YARD,

I was buying a frunt passanger side hub spindle assembly. They maid me prepay. When i whent to pick up my pary they tryed to give me a broken part and when i refused to take the broken part they charged me a 35 restocking fee. when i never even took the part out of there store. This place is a rip off and they have verry poor service. I would not referr this place to anyone.
