As first-time Subaru owners, we went through Internet sales with Helmut Immig and Dima. They were great, and so was the stress free price. We love our new 2018 Subaru Forrester.

Dan was great at finding us the car we were looking for and answering all of our questions. He was both very friendly and he made the process of purchasing a car very painless. No pressure and at the same time we knew he was ready to help us if we needed it. Dan was very professional and caring about meeting our needs in regards to finding a car that met our specifications.

In June, 2017, I bought a used Toyota pickup from Subaru of Puyallup. Kirk Schroll was my salesman. By using the term “my salesman,”I mean not only that he was the Subaru of Puyallup representative that I dealt with, but that it felt as if he was working for me. Kirk pointed out not only the positives about the vehicle I was considering, but also some concerns I should be aware of. He answered all of my considerable number of questions. When he didn’t immediately know the answer, he found it for me by talking to someone at the dealer ship or by going online. When we talked of add-on’s (extended warranty, protective coatings, etc.), Kirk would mention them, but only go into further detail if I showed interest. There was no pressure to purchase. We negotiated a fair price and closed the deal. I highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup and Kirk Schroll. I have bought several cars over fifty years of driving, and this was my most “stress free” buying experience.

My son and i bought a car from Helmut and Dima over the Weekend. It was by far the fastest and easiest car buying experience i have experience. I was shopping for a new Crosstrek and happened upon the Subaru of Puyallup. I was met by Jerry Harris who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He located the exact car I was looking for and let me take it for a longer test drive. I ended up trading in my current vehicle and purchasing the new Crosstrek.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and dealing with financing. We did some haggling and ended up with a fair price for the purchase and the trade-in. Jerry did his best to barter on my behalf to get the lowest price. Financing was a little difficult because of my credit, but Jerry and the team at Subaru of Puyallup helped get me into the recent college grad program in order to qualify.
Overall, Subaru of Puyallup is a very nice dealership with helpful people. Everyone I met there was helpful, but Jerry was my main point of contact. He programmed my number in his cell and kept in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership and Jerry in particular.
