Fichtner & Lefever Exxon Service Station

Horrible experience.. from the moment the man answered the phone he was rude.. but i tried to look past that and think .. maybe hes having a bad day. well. i made an appt on a certain day but he didnt give me a time. so on that day he called in the morning and asked when i would be there. i said i would be there within the next hour. so i went there within maybe 45 minutes. i have a 10 month old with my so its a little difficult to get things like this done and then walk home. because i live nearby. so i park my truck and go in and stand there for maybe 5 long minutes.. no one in sight. i walk around i go into the garage in the back.. empty. so i wait another 5 minutes and decide to just leave.. my son had pooped and he was hungry. i was thinking it would be a quick drop off. so i go home.. change my son and feed him then i decided to go back 30 min later. i went back.. still no one!!!! went back an hour later he was there then overcharged me 33.00 more than it should have been!!!!!!!
