Autobell Car Wash

I recently went to Autobell on Millbrook rd. It was the worst experience.I have a black car, so you can see everything. When the guy called me over, there was towel lint all over my car!! I asked the guy to get it off. He told me that autobell towels have alot of lint and it always do that. He said when you start driving, it will blow off!!!! BS, tell me anything! They wouldn't give me a refund so I could go somewhere else. I reached out to management and the guy that called me could care less, and still no refund. I was passing through on my way home so that location is out of my way, so I would have liked to get a refund and go to a different location, but I REFUSE to go back to that one... They should have been ashame to send me out of there like that. The quality of that car was was terrible. Oh and the tires were visibly dirty as well... Ridiculous!

The staff was polite and quick. The problem was they were to quick. I had to show them what needed to be vacuumed and cleaned once it came out of the car wash. Even after they tried to clean what I told them, I had to take the rag and clean it myself. I have been to two other locations and they have been great, but the Millbrook location would not be my choice in the future.

they do a o.k job and are super fast. more concerned about processing cars through the mill than doing a good job. for my monthly wash I will look elsewhere ofr $20 per month.

It you want a decent and fast car wash this is the place if you want a really good car wash keep looking

They really do a great job. I get a good wash every time. It's a great place to have your car washed.
