Extremely trashy office with poor patient care should be shut down immediately for treating patients like dirt office staff is rude and nasty and doctors don’t know anything about conditions when u go in there. Was misdiagnosed several times by 2 physicians whose names I will not mention and given a drug that has nearly cost me my life. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Never had an issue with my doctor. However, I was recently humiliated by one of the office staff. So much so, that she came out to the waiting room to apologize after her unfortunate outburst in front of everyone.
Needless to say, I've now taken my business elsewhere.

My husband went here for the first time a few weeks ago and was not impressed with Dr. Burkhart, but he was just offered a new position and needed a physical so he called the office and set it up as he felt it would be the quickest option.



He goes in to the FAMILY practice to have his work physical with our 4 year old son because it was 6:45 am and he there was no one to watch him. The doctor, upon learning our son was present, advised the nurse that he is refusing to do the physical as our son's presence during it makes him uncomfortable. He didn't even tell my husband himself- he had the nurse do it nor offer any alternatives.



My husband was refused what he needed to have done and he left. We will never again use this practice as a result of this doctor's refusal. This is specifically listed as a family practice which would imply an understanding that sometimes children have and will need to be present in circumstances like a simple work physical.

First Impressions are important. Very busy staff, impolite and not professional. I had an unpaid balance of $9. over 3 yrs ago and i wasn't aware until i had a dr visit. Then was told they don't send out bill notices under $10 and i couldn't be seen until it was paid. After being a loyal patient for over 10 yrs all i ask was why they couldn't inform me prior to my visit. I was told they were understaff and it's not their policy to make patient/customer aware of balance until they arrive at the office. Very inconsiderate and inconvient. No apolgy given. Good Dr, but service is horrible. Took my service eleswhere and very pleased!
