        Terrible service, horrible prices, I really can't understand how this place got any good reviews at all. It must have been a long time ago that they provided anything less than 1 star service.

        Based on the fine, very thorough, and fairly priced service Patterson has given my Saab cabrio, I felt completely comfortable buying a used and beautiful Saab Combi. I know that these strange and wonderful Swedish cars that have captured my heart are in very good hands there. This is a rare garage staffed by the rarest sort of people—real car guys. Whenever you go there, you're likely to find some interesting machines: Saabs, of course, but also Alfas and Citroens among them. Patterson Performance is the ONLY shop for your Saab, and every visit will be interesting. PP is reason enough to make Saab your set of wheels.

        I stopped by one day to reques...

        I stopped by one day to request information on having an ignition key made for my saab. While I waited, the chief mechanic and his staff were working to help a lady with young children who were broken down on the interstate. I was so impressed with their desire to help that I decided to have them work on my Saab and to provide key service. Their prices and service were far superior to what I ever expected. I have now had them make major repairs on our Saab,Toyota, and Ford truck. I have learned that this auto repair business is competent, courteous, hard working, and honest. I highly recommend Patterson Performance for service and repair on any vehicle. Raleigh is fortunate to have such a quality auto repair shop.
