I have a 20 year old Sequoia which had an accident that required many parts to be replaced. I knew it would be even more difficult due to the supply chain shortages. I met with Heather who is super friendly, knowledgeable and received an estimate almost immediately and agreed to proceed. Heather provided me with updates on acquiring; 1) needed parts to be replaced, 2) a scheduled a drop-off date and 3) a date when she expected the repairs to be completed. It was completed exactly as communicated. In addition, Heather provided me with email updates and pictures on how the job was progressing. The repairs were excellent and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Ultimate Auto Body Center to everyone needing this type of service.
