WAGS Happy Dogs

I have a 10 year old Shih-Tzu who has separation anxiety. I have truly found a salon that I can take him to, leave him with no worries and know he's in great hands. It's an amazing feeling to see that my puppy isn't afraid to go to the groomer anymore!!

Once you walk in the front door, you are immediately greeted, and they always remember my puppy's name. The entire grooming facility is visible to the customer. There are no back rooms. Every service they offer is from the comfort of a spacious salon without ever having to take my puppy behind closed doors. This is especially reassuring to me so that I know he is not locked in a kennel alone, like some other salons do.

Wags does not use kennels to crate puppies! You'll see that friendly dogs can play together while their groomer preps. I have a smaller dog, so Wags puts my puppy in a smaller dog play area so he doesn't feel overwhelmed.

The grooming services are stellar and they are extremely knowledgable. I just had my puppy trimmed down again for the summer and they gave me some recommendations for his sensitive skin. Wags takes care of everything during a grooming visit; nails, ears and more things I'm not quite comfortable doing myself. Just a few reasons why Wags is my only grooming salon!
