We were referred to Wayne Dalton about 15 years ago. Our garage door opener stalled, didn't go up completely, and my wife didn't realize it and backed her SUV out and hit it. The garage door came crashing down onto the top of her car. To make matters worse we had a hurricane coming! A friend referred us to Wayne Dalton and the guy came out that same day. A lot of our door trim had to be reinforced with extra lumber. They did not charge us extra for that, got the door reinstalled and working great just as the wind and rain from the hurricane started picking up. They've since replaced that door and we're about to replace the door opener with them. Great people, responsive service, and overall good value!
