Stay away from this POS so-called Dr.

We were ordered to have a 730 Evaluation, $7500 later and not one word was heard, the children told her they wanted to live with me M-F and only see their father 2 weekends a month, they also told her this in front of their father. He has been arrested and has record a mile long for Att. Murder, robbery, several concealed weapons charges, drive by shootings and so on. Spent years in prison, I have had 1 seeding ticket. He admitted being in a gang, drug use and so on.

All the lies he submitted to the courts were proven to be just that, total lies, our kids even told Amy all their father did and does is lie.

She after not hearing anything said in here report, he should share legal custody, this is the same reason the kids cannot be enrolled in any after school activities, because he refuses to let them, even though in her report she says they need to be enrolled? Even after tape recordings proved he refused to let them.

The kids do not want to spend time with him, they both told Amy about all the abuse their father did and continues to do, she did not care. Leave them home all alone for 14 hours at age 5 & 12.

He refuses to show his income and pay child-support, even though the kids told her he works all the time, even on the time he has them, he just has someone else watch them, so why would this POS Amy let him continue to have them when he is not even there?

Stay away from this POS so-called Dr. as she does not have 1 brain cell in her head and does not care what is best for the children.
