Antwerpen Mitsubishi

My wife has a credit score in the high 600, and my daughters scores are in the 700. We came in with $3- 5k for tax and tags and we were looking for 2 vehicles. My wife wanted to get out of her Toyota Camry 2005 and get back into a truck and she liked the Mitsu Outlander. My daughter liked the Lancer. I have driven Mitsu cars for over 15 yrs. The salesmen (Andrew) started off friendly and personable although he lacked sufficient knowledge about your dealerships programs. We were comfortable with him. He told us there were discounts on the Lancer and the Outlander. We chose to purchase both vehicles. One of the vehicle was a demo because we were promised a better discount than if we had bought a newer model. We went in to see the Finance Manager he got us financing and I left to go to another appointment. When my wife showed me the paper work the next day the prices we paid for the cars did not reflect the discounts that we were promised. My wife showed up at the dealership on Monday morning to complain and spent all morning going back and forth with the Finance Manager. I called from out of town and said when I got back in Md. I would return both vehicles. We recieved a threatning phone call from the Sales Manager (our salesmans older Bro.) When I did get there 2 days later the finance manager promised us loyalty discounts and possibly a college discount. We decided to trust him and kept the vehicle eventhough we have decided we will never buy again from an Antwerpen dealership again. There is nothing you can do to change our view of our experience with your dealership. I just wanted you to know how far consumers are willing to go to make sure others do not have the same experience. I will post this on as many blogs as I can and hope you regret the way you treated a once satisfied customer.
