Ruby Tuesday

My husband & I was just there over the weekend & slow, very bad service. The waitress just ignores you. Good service to other people but, not us. She asks if we need anything else but, never brings it. If you're not planning to bring it why would you even ask? On receipt she prints it out the total without breaking it down is to what was how much. I don't even know who trained her or maybe not! She ought be FIRED! We'll never GO THERE AGAIN!

The food was Excellent and the waitress was also. The one problem was that the appetizer which took forever to be served was delivered one minuet before the main course. The waitress said it was the fault of the kitchen staff and apologized. They offered a free desert which we could not eat with all the food at once.

Sorry that everyone else had a bad experience I on the other habd have a great time each and every time I go. Yes at frist it was a little crazy going, but they just opened abd giving the time they had to even be training I overall. Can say they cane a long way yes it's somethings that could be worked on but its not as bad as everyone making it seem.

First off I want to say i was really happy and anticipating the opening of the Ruby Tuesdays coming to liberty road area. However Me and my wife stopped in on 12/12/14 and from trying to get into the parking lot from liberty Rd the problems started. We walked in and up to the hostess (a young lady)and there standing beside her a (tall young g man) worker who seem to be under the influence on some kind of drug but polite. We left reservation and waited in the resterview which was very cold and uncomfortable. While waiting and noticing other issues in came another family in which we overheard them saying exactly what we had just said (why aren't they wearing some kind of uniform)the workers that is. So we go to be seated and order our drinks (next problem) my wife orders a strawberry daiquiri and waitress says we don't make them here. What establishment like this doesn't make a standard daiquiri so she has to order what they have. We wait for the drinks and see so much taking place from all the Big and untamed hair don'ts guys working and digging in there hair then bringing out orders,employees (guy and girl) all hugged up behind the salad bar area just to name a few. The young employees really need to be retrained if they ever where in the beginning by someone who knows how an establishment like this should be run. While sitting I and my wife both noticed a large # of people just coming to pick up there orders (carry out)and leaving more than should have been. Food was good once it came (round 30 or more minutes) so be prepared to wait. Will not ever be going back it was by far the worse experience I ever had from a Ruby Tuesday.

I would like to give it a negative one if I could. Seven of us middle aged ladies went to the restaurant on December 13, 2014. Our server seemed to be very new;however, a couple other waiters came to her rescue. Our food was good once our order was corrected and sent back for being burned. Did I mention we had to wait almost an hour for our food and drinks were almost as long in an empty restaurant. Everyone including the manager was standing around talking and doing everything but waiting on the very few customers. Ruby Tuesdays is really bad in Randallstown. Take your business elsewhere would be my opinion.

My friend and I went to dinner on 11/28/2014. When we arrived at the restaurant the service at the front was great. The person who sat us (Jeremy) was polite and had great customer service. Our waitress Jamie had great customer service also. The appetizer we ordered the THAI PHOON Shrimp was not good. The batter was too thick for the very small shrimp that it had to covered and it was over cooked. The petite steak and shrimp was not good. The steak had no taste, the coconut shrimp was very sweet like the coconut came from a can, the broccoli was cooked so long it was mushy and the mashed potatoes taste like they came from a box with no taste. The only reason the New York strip was able to be eaten is that it had sauce on it. The Jack Daniel and Coke was Jack Daniels but no coke. That meal cost me $65.54 including tip it wasn't Jamie's fault the food was bad, she earned her tip. We will never good there again, its only 2 miles from our home but we will go past it every time.

OMG. My family treated me to a surprise birthday there on 11/09/14. The waiter was greart. The food was awful!!!!!!!!!!!! The food was not hot. The rice pilaf was mushy and salty and the steamed broccoli was toooooooooooooooooooooo salty also. Half the party did not have to pay because orders were late coming out. We will not be returning there ever. Close to home but not worth the trip. Health dept needs to visit there.

I looked at the post about the service. I said people write bad things. I went anyway and I must say. They were right. The service is lousy. Some other problems are. The tables are too close to the salad bar. If you are seated there you will have no peace. The first seating area is cold from being too near the door. They need a Air Curtain. The greeters are playing games and are on their cell phones. Service is slow. They also were giving biscuits. Hmm we never got any. And after all this they expect me to give a tip. A waste of your time.

This location's service is lousy. Trust me. A long wait and poor service. You don't believe me?? Call the number and you will not get a answer. You can't call because they are busy playing games.
