Stafford Tire Center

I went in yesterday to get a quote. I was given a price and offered to pay for the tires in advance. I was told no deposit was necessary and to come back today.Three option were written out for me, i chose the options recommended. I was never told to bring back the scratch paper that the three options were written on.

After waiting 15 minutes, the owner preceded to give me a hard time because I couldn't recite the exact recommendation he provided. I was told its not his problem that he cant remember what tires are there for what car and to locate the scratch paper and come back. There are more than a dozen tire places within 5 miles of this one. Ill take my vehicles to any of those.

The Stafford ?Staff? are top notch! I seam to find every nail on the road and Michael & his crew patch my tires and get me on my way as quickly as possible, free of charge.(excluding the tip of course).

Needed new struts and tires. I was a customer for 20 yrs. I had the struts done and went here for new tires. Unfortunately, there was a issue with the struts and they ended up rubbing against my new tires. The installer did not notice and the new tires were damaged. The manager Mike Betancourt was foul mouthed and rude toward my problem. He screamed and cursed up and down the office in front of customers and children. The struts were replaced but Mike was extremely rude and vulgar about the tires.. He was willing to replace the tires but told me never come the f*$%k back here again. I have not had the tires replaced yet because they are on order. I will update with that information later. Next time I am going to use the Tire Farm in Farmingdale.

Have used them for the last 33 years. Good service, good prices. Good people. Worth going to. Always fixed any flats I got as well.

I went to get a new set of tires here. The place is rather old and run down. They have no where to sit so if its hot outside dont go because you will be standing outside! The help is ok they seem to take there time. Since you are waiting outside the entire time except for like 1 chair inside I wish they would have been faster.
