Sureguard Termite & Pest Services

It started with a few questions I had concerning some pests around our home. They always recommended exactly what was needed and gave me a price that I felt comfortable paying. When the tech Brandon came to do our in home treatment, he was quick and polite. Nothing out what I didn't expect! Very appreciative!

The fire ants got in my sons room and had bit him. I called our builder and he recommended Sureguard . They came out that day and killed all those ants. Pricing was fair and they were very helpful.

I RECENTLY had my new home built by John Houston Custom Homes and they recommend we call to have pest service done. So I called Sureguard and made an appointment, which means we AGREED on an SET TIME right?

Apparently not with this company they were almost AN HOUR LATE! Which can be understandable if someone would have contacted me letting me know that the pest man was running late.. then the man that serviced the house less than 10 mins- I have lots of space he couldn't have done his job correctly on top of that once he was "done" he tried to change the price MORE than what the office and I agreed on .. The pest mans name was Brandon and he was extremely RUDE, he got loud and angry towards me because I didn't want to be locked in an 24 month contract and that it had to be drafted monthly. I would Not recommend this company to anyone.. This company is a huge joke. NEVER IN MY 47YEARS HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY.. BEWARE.. This company is a scam and BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! This company doesn't even deserve a star but yelp won't let me post unless I give them one.

RUNNNNNN FAST!!! I will NEVVVVVVEEERRRRR again let strangers like these people into my home. My first mistake was believing him when he said that this is "all you will pay". 2nd mistake, not stopping him when he knocked on my door for the scheduled treatment and says, we are going to start outside first then do paperwork later (red flag), I missed it. Then with the paperwork came almost $200.00 in extra charges and a contract that did not detail what the treatments covered. Looking at the contract before signing, I asked where I could find details of what the treatments covered on it and this guy abruptly goes completely from 0 to 100 saying this is what we are going to do, throws my credit card down, starts getting loud (YELLING AT ME, EVEN STATES "MY UNCLES A MAYOR") this is going on in my home where my children are!!!!My husband was away from home on business so this was an extremely on edge situation considering that we were just having a calm discussion (I thought). He slams my door and goes into my lawn and digs up whatever he had placed leaving over 20 holes in my new lawn!Wish this allowed me to rate it as a "0". PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE GUYS AND VERRRRY CAREFUL!!!! HE WAS SO NICE DURING THE ESTIMATE THEN TOTALLY FLIPPED. VERY SCARY SITUATION!!!!!!
