        Family owned and operated since 1987, Redmond European specializes exclusively in the maintenance and repair of Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen automobiles. By limiting the number of automobile manufacturers we service, we are able to maintain the latest technical information, special tools, equipment, and parts required to handle any Porsche, Audi, BMW,MINI and Volkswagen repair. This includes factory repair manuals, complete parts library, real time factory service bulletins, and factory electronic test equipment normally only found in a franchised dealership. For you, the customer, this means that your car is properly diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in the least amount of time and at the least possible cost. Our hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. At Redmond European we view the customer as our number one priority and this is reflected in the care we take when ensuring their car service requirements are met during the initial consultation. Our goal is to minimize inconvenience for our customers and we do this by making sure the work is completed correctly, to reduce the need for recurring services. Due to a combined experience of 50 years amongst our technicians this is a very viable outcome.

        They exclusively service Audi, VW, Porsche, BMW, and MINI's, and they do this well. I've had my fair share of abuse from "stealerships", but after some particularly egregious treatment at the VW dealer and went searching elsewhere and found reference to these guys online. They have have a great website that should answer any questions. As far as my specific experience, I received thoughtful patient service on the phone and upon visiting the place (Thank you Justin and Monty). The shop, waiting area, and reception are clean and customer friendly. I have never been to an automotive shop that had such clean restrooms. The toilet paper was even folded, something you would expect at a Hilton, not a garage. What I was most impressed with is a real lack of the usual disconnect that you see at dealerships between your "service advisor" and the people actually doing service. Repair personnel were in the reception area and seemed genuinely interesting in listening to and addressing customer co

        Quality, Honest, and Fair

        I just had my darling car fixed here and I LOVED the service. I got a FREE car rental for TWO days while they worked on my car - the reason why I decided to try this shop. I don't know one other shop that does this! When I picked up my car, he reviewed all the costs and showed me the parts he had replaced. As a girl who grew up working on cars, I found confidence in his knowledge and appreciated his candid conversations about the job. I was always treated with respect, kindness and timeliness. I have ALREADY recommended this place to friends. Another bonus is that the job done on my car is guaranteed for a YEAR! You can't beat hassle free service, free rental, and guaranteed work. I work at a non-profit and so I only have a little time and money to spare. I'm glad I went with this shop instead of trying a different one.

        The best decision I ever made!

        As a Porsche and Audi owner, I can testify to the great service and work that Redmond European provides. A trip to the local Audi dealer left me with an empty feeling when they presented me with a repair quote for over $3500 in repairs that needed to be taken care of. After a quick call to Redmond European, not only were they able to repair the car at half the cost of the dealer, but they were able to schedule my car in quickly, as well as provide me with a rental car for the day at no cost to myself. Its hard to find a honest, knowledgable mechanic, look no further, Redmond European is the place to take your German Auto!

        This is the only place I will take my Audi's. Monty is a great mechanic! I can depend on them to fix the problem right the first time, and stick to thier price quote. I use to take my car to the dealership, but after thier poor service and outrageous prices, I had to find a mechanic that could do the same quality work you would expect from the dealership, but at a fraction of the cost. Redmond European may not be the cheapest, but they are definatley the Best!!
