They really turned things around. My 1st comment was this;

I am not very impressed with thier customer service; I phoned in to schedule an estimate but I was advised to just come on in. on Arrival I was told that it may be 15 minutes. I filled in the form and told the receptionist (very nice) that I had a quick errand to run and would return in 15 minuntes. I returned to find the only estimater had gone to lunch and would return in 1 hr.



But now the story has a happy ending.

The owner contacted me to give them a chance to restore their confidence.

I returned to have my dents repaired and my car refinished at a wonderful price with great customer service.



Way to go Dent Doctor.

They do a good job with reasonable price; however, I am very unhappy about how the owner does business. He has used my car for personal use a few times to haul his boat. It caused paint come off and a dent. He did NOT even mentioned about the damage and did not offer to fix when I pointed it out. He ingnored as if nothing had happened. He is happy only when someone made dents brings money to him. He does not want to be responsible for the damage he caused by his carelessness. You should be aware what kind of person you are dealing with, behind facade he put up with a lot of charm and smile. In my opinion, he is not honest and is deceiving. Also he complains about his employees who work hard.

My daughter was at the mall and someone backed over the rear of her small car and damaged the trunk, the rear bumper, the spoiler and the driver side rear quarter of her car and naturally no one wants to tell you they did it. So I had to take the car to have estimates done and the best estimate that I received was from Dent Doctor, the people there were so understanding and kind that if I should have any other damage done to any of my cars I will go directly to Dent Doctor to have the work done. The car was just like new when they finished with it. My daughter who was heart broken that someone had hit her car was so suprised when I brought the car home not only did they fix the car but they had detailed the car. IT LOOKED LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR!



The treatment I received was very personal and I did not feel like just a number, they were smiling and pleasant and so very helpful.
