They hire incompetent people. The ladies in the front are horrible. They can't read your blood pressure or heart rate. Truly a waste of time.

Advanced Bio Services aka Ked Plasma. DON'T DONATE AT Advanced Bio Services/Ked Plasma. I went to Ked Plasma to donate my plasma twice. I was told it is supposed to only take 50-60 minutes to donate plasma on the machine. The first time they left me on the machine for an hour and 20 minutes. (the machine does not feel good and kind of hurts) The second time I went to donate plasma, they had a hard time pricking my vein. When they finally got my vein hooked up they never came back to check on me. My arm turned blue and deep purple. I was in sever pain. When I asked for help with tears in my eyes, I was told to hang in there a bit longer. Ked Plasma has NO REGARD FOR YOU. The other people donating noticed my BLUE arm and saw the tears on my face. They were more concerned for me than the so called Ked Plasma professionals.



Later that day I called to talk to management or customer service about the pain in my blue arm and the treatment I was given. I was told by the receptionist that there is NO MANAGEMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I explained my experience to the receptionist and wanted them to know that the machine I was on MUST BE BROKEN. I was concerned for the other victims that may be strapped to that machine. (The machine only gave my arm a rest 2 times in the one full hour.) My arm was in a tourniquet for a full hour!! Other donators were very concerned for me, but not the Ked Plasma staff. They could care less. If you value your body, don't go to this location.
