We have been extrememly pleased with Apple Orthodontix and especially with Dr. Coles. He is a kind, caring Doctor who is very patient. Two of my boys have had their braces done at the Richardson office and it has been nothing but great service. Infact, they have gone above and beyond in the dental care for my boys. I have to disagree with the other review. I know Dr. Coles well since we've been seeing him for 5 years for our boys' braces and can't ever imagine him saying anything of the kind. He is a gentle and friendly man and his staff is awesome. Not once did we ever go to an appointment where there was no staff. They do not schedule their staff to all be on vacation at the same time. That wouldn't make any sense. I personally highly recommend this Doctor and office. I thank them greatly for the excellent care and patience...especially when my boys didn't wear their rubber bands as they regualarly should have. THANK YOU DOCTOR COLES...YOU ARE GREAT!!

I would give this doctor 0 stars if I could. On many of my scheduled appointments the staff was not there, they were on vacation. No one bothered to tell me about this and I would show up to an empty office. On my last appointment, the doctor seemed like he was doing the normal appointment procedures, but he quietly told the nurse to take off my braces, without letting me or my parents know. When I informed him about still crooked teeth and gaps, he said that it was my fault for not showing up to appointments. I HAVE NEVER MISSED AN APPOINTMENT. When I was leaving, he ran up to me and said I never wore rubber bands and never showed up. Then, he showed me the door and said, in his exact words, "SUE ME IF YOU WANT TO MAN! I"M NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ELSE." This is DR KEVIN COLES. DON"T GO TO DOCTOR KEVIN COLES! HE IS THE WORST THERE IS.
