        new to area; took dog for teeth cleaning; vet called to say that a couple of teeth were loose and needed pulling; actually pulled 6 teeth. I asked her to wait until I get there to pick the dog up but she did not stay but told receptionist that the teeth just fell out. I believe that she accidentally broke these tiny small front teeth while cleaning them. I will never go back !!

        I just went here with my new puppy I adopted from the SPCA. My best friend recommended Dr. Sullivan and I was not let down! My husband I are first time dog owners and had a ton of questions. The nurse was really sweet and answered a lot of questions before the vet came in. Its hard to find people who take their time with you these days and everyone there did. the vet gave me lots of options and he explained the shots and flea meds. I'll be back and would recommend this vet to anyone

        Countryside has helped me with resuce dogs for years and now I bring my owns pups there....one lab mix, one terrier mix and a sweetheart pitbull! They have always been so helpful and always friendly. The doctors are all amazing and patient with my special bunch!

        Love Dr. O'Sullivan. He treated my Dog after having a horrible episode of vomiting. He was very caring, explained everything well, and was just great overall. Would definitely rec to anyone

        I have taken my cat and dog there for 3 year. I absolutely love the vets, techs, and receptionist there. They have always been very informative and easy to work with. Dr. O'Sullivan has provided great care for both my cat and dog who have both had to have surgery. They were well taken care of and I was given phone updates at least twice a day while they were there. I couldn't ask for a better vet.

        Best of...keeping me informed on a daily basis of my cats health. (2 Days that is)

        HOWEVER, they made ZERO exceptions for payment. They wanted it in full before I could pick my cat up and made no exceptions even though it was not stated at time of drop off that payment was due immediately at pick up or that payment arrangements couldn't be made. And it was quite a shock to have over a $630.00 vet bill for my cat who was only there for two nights and had no surgery. My husband and I don't carry credit cards and don't have that kind of money to drop all at once, especially with a baby on the way. If it wasn't for a friend, we wouldn't have been able to pick our cat up. (Which would've also been an additional $22.00 for every night that we couldn't)!! I will say that Dr. Hunter was very awesome in treatment and updates. Unfortunately, I won't go back with that cat or my other two due to the lack of consideration and rudeness from the front desk staff regarding payment. Maybe it would've been a different story had I spoken with the Dr., but that's not his job!!!!
