Overall
There are better doctors out there...

.… My troubles started when my 4-month-old son came in for an emergency sick visit with a cold. Less than a week later I take my son for his usual wellness visit - with Dr. Snead. When it was time to give vaccines, I tell the doctor my concerns about my baby being sick, and not really thinking it is safe to give vaccines to sick baby, but Dr. Snead tells me "..we always give sick babies vaccines"..so, thinking doctors should care and know what is better for children, I agree to have my sick baby given his usual vaccines - four shots altogether.

…. Four days later my son comes down with a whooping cough,(also throwing-up) so I schedule to see the doctor again. When I visit, they tell me yes, he's sick,....BUT they can't give him any medicine, because he's too small in age! I came in numerous times more, hoping they will give my son something to get him well, but was always sent me home saying they can’t help me, and the baby should get well on his own. So when my son was over 10 months, (having had diarrhea, cough, throw-up, runny/stuffy nose, and rash on face and hiney) I gave him medicine for 10 days which helped him get well, and have never returned to that useless doctor that is no help when needed most.

…. Now I go to a doctor that knows what he’s doing; knows what medicines to prescribe when needed. Doesn’t send me home telling me my child will get better on his own, or to follow-up in a week.

Overall
Excellent doctors..not so impressed with support staff

I love the doctors at this practice. I give the doctors 5 stars. They are extremely thorough and child friendly. I have had a couple of experiences with the "after hours" support staff (operator and nurse) that left a sour taste in my mouth.
