EVERETT was his name! I went on craigslist to buy a car and I contacted a man about a impala. He said it was his family car and that him/ his wife didn't need the extra vehicle. He had both of his kids in seats and acted as if he didn't want to get them. That was a mistake. We should've told them get those D kids out of the car, we are going to drive it. I wasnt buyng from a dealer but it took me a second to see the car was a LEMON! I tried to reach him about things wrong with the car and I knew it was my fault. I contacted him at that point to figure what was wrong. I looked at the inspection and realized it was just inspected by U R Approved motors. I thought that was strange b/c there is no way a car like that could have been inspected. So I did my research and found that the guy actually was a sales rep for them. He sold me a car off there lot! I was NOT trying to buy from a dealership. We tried to track him down b/c what he did was VERY illegal!! I will NEVER buy from them! F U!

On March 22, 2013, Mr. William Lawson, an agent of your used car dealership sold me a 1998 Volkswagon Jetta for sixteen hundred dollars cash. As we completed the contract at your dealership, Mr. Lawson had engaged the services of Mr. Ryan Powers of the Car Care Auto Center to replace a tie-rod and perform a legitimate state inspection on the vehicle. I picked up the car at 5:30 that afternoon bearing a State Inspection sticker. Driving it the first couple days, I noticed the smell of gas on occasion and noted that it had consumed half a tank of gas while only traveling 60 miles. On Thursday, March 28, 2013, I took the car to Seredni’s Goodyear Tire and Auto. He and seven other employees will testify to the fact that a legitimate state inspection was NOT performed.



The fuel filter, gas line, fuel tank and floorboards are rusted, corroded and leaking badly. Seredni said there is no way to replace a tie-rod without noticing the obvious fuel dripping from the filter and the extensive corrosion under the car. Yet, Mr. Powers checked the OK column for “Fuel System”. I am in contact with the State Police regarding Mr. Powers’ integrity and possible collusion with Mr. Lawson to fraudulently facilitate the sale of unfit vehicles..



The car I purchased was not fit for its intended use. Mr. Lawson represented he thoroughly inspected the vehicle. There is no way a rust problem as bad as was found could have been missed by a thorough inspection. HIs misrepresentation is fraud.



The fraud is further enhanced by the fact that Mr. Lawson sold a car with a Salvage Title without informing me. Here are the CarFax on the VIN:

• Giving the vehicle's Buyers Guide or a copy to the purchaser



Since the sale was predicated on the car passing a legitimate safety inspection and NOT having a Salvage title, then there is no contract, because a legitimate inspection was not performed and the true nature of the title was not revealed.



I want the contract rescinded and I wish to return the vehicle immediately. Please inform me of when and where I can return your vehicle (I don’t have the title), and for you to return my $1600.00 cash as well as the following incurred losses due to your negligence and illegal actions:



$ 30.00 Attorneys Fee

$ 40.00 Wasted Gas

$125.00 Sound system to put in the car

$ 50.00 Oil Change and minor repairs.



The total I expect is $1850.00. Cash.

anyways . . . . they are SCAMMERS they LIE and BS around. i called up there to try and figure out a payment plan. i know when my payment is due. i had my uncle, who is a lawyer, call up there to get things straight and the man LIED to my uncle and said my payment was 4 weeks late! WTF?! IT WAS ONLY 4 DAYS LATE! THEY LIE, THEY'RE BOOTLEG! BAD INVESTMENT! I SWEAR, ONLY 1MONTH AFTER I GOT THE CAR IT BROKE DOWN! I had to buy a new battery and alternator. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS YOURE GOING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

To the other person who commented lol at u probably got harassed cuz u got a car n didn't pay ur payment. "Lesson" stop gettin s#*t n not payin for it . As for my experience was great they are highly professional n gave me a good deal. I will be getting another one soon. So I tell everyone to go there.

This is the worst company ever! DO NOT buy from them! They will lie and duck and dodge you! They want you to put down a hefty down payment and then harass you to try and get their car back! This company is a sham!
