Pro Air Heating & Cooling

I've been a customer for about two years now. Two really great points about Pro Air - their customer service and repair work. Pro Air is one of the few service businesses I've used where the service tech actually shows up within the estimated time the dispatcher/call-taker (who are very polite and personable) gives me. I even get a phone call when the tech is on the way and an approximate amount of time it will take to get to my house.
Secondly, Pro Air will get your AC working again. It may take a while, and repeat trips - but they will work the problem until they get your AC working again. And if it takes a few days to get the part - if the service tech can set-up a short term 'work-around' to get your AC working, they will. AND - they won't be rude or condescending if you keep calling about a new problem. The service tech will respond and work the problem.
Great company and I'd recommend them to anyone. Fantastic business. (yes - I've posted the same review on multiple review sites.)

Technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. Prices are fair and better than other a/c repair places I have used before. Would highly recommend their services.

We also got a great unit as ours needed to be replaced and they took the time to talk to us about what would be best for our house without trying to sell us the most expensive unit.
