Blessed Healthcare East

I am extremely unhappy with Blessed Home Care (clearly a misnomer). I remain unpaid for a shift I worked two months ago.

Having been told that I need to make a written complaint regarding this matter (which is ridiculous), I proceeded to make one, then two, and was totally disregarded. Every other agency I have worked with has respected the nurses, addressing any problem in a timely fashion. In my twenty years in home care I have never been ignored before registering with this agency. The behavior of those involved is foolish, unprofessional and criminal and I intend to take this as far as I need to go to get this matter rectified.
