I had been a loyal customer of this location, and had email coupons sent to me. However, this week I went in for a haircut & downloaded a coupon emailed to me for an "Earned Reward" in the amount of $10 off for Any Service. When I presented this coupon to the operator, she told me it was only for getting a special service such as hair coloring, permanent, etc. She refused to honor the coupon & instead gave me the senior discount of $2.00 . I believe this reward coupon is a scam, and I doubt if I'll return for future service.
