Overall

After this company not picking up trash for several weeks I cancelled and went to another company. now I am receiving credit collectors from this company. Not appreciated and will call a lawyer if this continues.

We used their service since 2006, 12 years with no problems at all.

Now (as of May and June of 2018) they haven't been to our place in 5 weeks and we can't even get anyone on the phone. Regretfully after 12 good years I have to switch. What went wrong? If you fix it we would go back.

Doesnt return calls.....misses Pick ups.......trash sits out for 2 weeks. Picks up recycles when ever they feel like it. WORST EVER Company.

Believe the bad reviews. They don’t pick up for weeks on end. Never answer their phone or reply to web contact. Drivers are rude and drive recklessly through neighborhood. Trash and recycling are compacted in the same truck. This business has gone down hill fast.

No stars!!! Horrible service!! Horrible customer service!!! Have to call at least once a month because of no pick up. I don’t even know which day is the pick day at this point. The can has been sitting at the road for going on 2 weeks. The lid won’t close. I have been calling since last Thursday to try to get it picked up.

Do not use this company. They were great at first but over the last year they have had issues and did not pick up our trash. They hardly answer the phone when you call to inquire when the trash is going to be picked up. They then make it seem like your fault or they give you some excuse like they were short staffed. These types of issues should not go back on a paying customer. They now have competition in the area so DO NOT use Liberty or you will be highly disappointed!

Have not had a pickup since before Thanksgiving , I called and the auto message said a day delay, all good, but now 2 weeks and no pickup, called 4 times never gotten a return call , but today I did get my bill , apparently all they do is collect money by and not garbage,, time to contact the BBB.

ZERO STAR RATING. They never pick the trash up on the day of services, never return calls. This place is crap. Always getting excuses as to why they are always late on picking up the trash and never follow thru on promises. IM DONE WITH LIBERTY TRASH.

Liberty Waste has been nothing but helpful and professional. They pick up trash and recycling on the same day every single week for a great price. I had 2 different service providers before them and could not be happier that I switched to them. They even provided a promotional discount for getting 2/3 of our neighborhood to sign up! I have also heard that they do a ton of volunteer work for our community which means a lot to me to be with a company that works so hard to give back.

This is the worse company. I have no choice but to keep them as the area I live in has no one else who services it. They don't show up most weeks until past the schedule date. They don't even notifying you if there is a delay in pick up. This is a service I pay for and rarely receive. Customer Service is the worst!!!!

They have not picked up our trash in over 30 days. Last pickup was 7/6/16, it is 8/8/16. We have paid in full for July and August. We have called, texted, messaged on FB and have been promised numerous times that they would send a truck, yet no truck has ever come! We spoke to the owner last Thurs who promised pickup on Friday, but nobody still came. We run a summer camp and we desperately need our dumpster dumped. I requested a refund for July and Aug if they no longer wished to pick up our trash, again no response. I'm very frustrated.

Awful!! Lisa hung up on me just because I was not satisfied with the service. I went 2 weeks with them not picking up our garbage so you could only imagine how much we had. It wasn't the only time they have forgot to pick up our garbage but everytime we called they said we never put it out which was a lie. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use them as your garbage pickup. I'm honestly surprised they're still in business. Awful costumer service!!

They don't even deserve my time. Don't try calling for help because the daytime help is extremely rude but it gets worse at night when the phones transfer. Three weeks of heaping garbage and our 80-year-old neighbor finally took it out and did a better job. Do yourself a favor use someone else

I emailed this company re: new service. It took a few days to get a response, but I was told to call Lisa at the office. After several attempts and getting VM, I finally left a message. 4 days later, still no response or call back so I call again, get through to Lisa and she says that she's been too busy to get back to all the messages. I wanted to find out my choices as was indicated in the email but she was set to get me signed up for business rather than discussing options as a new customer. If they are too busy to respond to new business, I can't imagine what their service will be like. First impressions matter and make a difference.

This company is great! I came over from another company in Rock Hill after months of bad service and never receiving a garbage can or recycling bin. I signed up with Liberty on a Thursday afternoon, and not only did they start collection the next day, they brought me a can and recycling bin the same day! The customer service is fantastic. If you live in Rock Hill, don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Not very happy with their service. So I started back with Rural Garbage. Cause I had them for years and they have always done great work. And very friendly workers. If you want dependable service call Rural Garbage. Cause my grandfather got to where he couldn't put his can at the end of his driveway. And Rural started walking to his door and getting it for no charge.

We signed with Liberty after having terrible service with another waste company. We could not be more satisfied. Liberty honors their promise to be reliable. They are always on time on pick up day. They never leave any mess. We have and will highly recommend them! Tom & Chris, Indian Land, SC
