        Poor Business Ethics

        I WILL NEVER USE MIKRON AUTO BODY and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!! Mikron Auto Body has poor business ethics and poor customer service. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday. I was told that the part will be ordered, and my car will be finished by Monday. That was not the case at all! Service wasn't completed until Wednesday. To top it off, I was quoted one price, and when the work was done the price doubled!!! I informed the owner of the inconvenience with the delay in service and how I was quoted one price and then charged another and was not informed of any additional charges. To no avail, he did not accommodate me as a customer and he did not stay true to his word. I WILL NEVER USE MIKRON AUTO BODY and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!
