I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I was having a bad week, worst week ever let’s just say. My brake light came on so i called sears they were able to bring my car in the next day.

I brought the car in for front, rear brakes and an ailment. Mike the store manager, joe the auto body guy and the assistant manager all helped get the tool that wasn’t on location to do the job for me.

I’m not going to pretend the service at any sears auto is quick because any sears I’ve been too isn’t an hr service, but the savings is amazing that’s why people continue to go.

Do yourself a favor and get a ride, drop off car or grab an Uber like I did. However, I must reiterate again the professionalism from employees, the distance they went to help me out on a Saturday and the quality of work is definitely a reason I would return.

Made a 9 am appointment for oil change. Was left standing as only customer for 15 minutes while Mather Patel answered 3 calls. Finally waits on me to tell me it will be 1.5 hours until my car even gets in. When I told him I have an appointment and this wait is unnecessary he told me to take my business else where. Sitiing at Jiffy Lube writing this. They deserve no rating for how poor their service is!
