Scam artist! Talks a good game and then doesn't have tools, works slow, shows up late, asks you to buy tools for him. Run, run, run.

This person was a complete scam. It turns out he doesn't know much about roofing, you can google up his mug shot online for stealing (Terry Dean Sherrod). He came to our home and started doing the work, quoted very low, came by a couple times, then he disappeared with my ladder. It turns out the address he gave for his business is fake. Left with our downpayment. This is beyond being a bad contractor, he is a thief and scammer.
