Piedmont Collision Center

After my experience, I wouldn't take a dog house to them! Dealt with a manager named Paul. My REPAIR job on a near new car came out with a part they put on OBVIOUSLY not aligned properly, and the COLOR DIDN'T MATCH.

Paul tried to convince me the paint job couldn't be done any better. I disagreed, and he just kept trying to JUSTIFY HIS SHODDY WORKMANSHIP.

Next step he brought in a guy from the paint supplier and I agreed to let them try again. Again, it wasn't even close. Finally took it elsewhere and he agreed to pay for it.

Elsewhere did a great job but due to Piedmont's greed and incompetence, the paint DIDN'T STICK and had blisters pop out.

Mr. Elsewhere said Piedmont didn't want to take his advice and buy another bumper BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY SPENT THE MONEY they were paid.

Bottom line, they were more concerned about saving a buck than DOING WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO, repairing my car PROPERLY.
