Pho 54 Vietnamese Restaurant

I was at this restaurant around 2006-2008 with my dad when I had to drive him to the doctor around this neighborhood. Here in Rosemead there are quite a few Asians. In fact Asians consisted of 66% of the residence here in Rosemead. And from what I here, whether it is true or not, the Vietnamese make up of a large percentage of the Asians here in Rosemead.



The food here is just average, nothing special. I would give it 3 stars for the food. They have a typical Vietnamese food but not a large selection as the bigger Vietnamese restaurant. And it does not matter to me anyway since there are only a couple of the dishes on the menu I recognized and would eat. And I am not going to eat the strange food I don't know, especially the one that smell like my socks after I wear it all day, even if the Vietnamese consider it a delicatessen.



I have not eat at this restaurant here in Rosemead since 2008, except maybe just drive through. And I think I only eat here a couple of time total. Of course I don't eat at these Vietnamese restaurant at all these days, especially this one that have a profile of a Communist establishment.
