I have been going to Lauck Motors for 20+ years and even though the mechanics and some staff may change, somethings never do--the quality and service. Last time I was in Alan had helped me with many of my questions and although he didnt do the work, he was overly cheery and very ease to speak with. My car was fixed and returned the same day as promised! I would refer anyone to Lauck Motors!!

You had me since hello! I brought in my Mercedes C320 when it started making weird noises. I was referred to them by a friend who had been using them for many years. I spoke with Sammy at first--who was very nice and thorough--he made me feel at ease about the whole process and explained in detail. The service was done efficiently and correctly THE FIRST TIME!! I would definately give them a all five stars and am now a repeat customer! Thanks Lauck Motors!

I took my E320 Class Mercedes to them and they told me it needed a new transmission for $5,000.00. I had it taken to another mechanic and it cost me less than $1,000.00 including the tow!! RIP OFF!!
