Leonard's Garage

from the guy up front to the guys in the garage who were friendly instead of grumpy like most shops you go to. i left there feeling like i was treated like a much appreciated customer instead of a girl who just got taken for a ride. i was very impressed with the way they did business. they saw a few things wrong with my carduring the oil change and i feel that the manager was honest in the amount of time he gave me to get the work done and reaasured me that altough they were important repairs that could potentially cost more money if let go too long that i still had some time to get the repairs completed. but being that i had never used leonards, before i took it to another local shop for a second opinion. unfortunately, i didnt have as pleasant of experience at the second shop. the second shop tried to pull the typical high pressure auto shop sale to a female bit needless to say the experience i had at leonards was the best ive ever had at an auto shop. finally an honest shop in round rock!!! oh yeah and they even wash your car for you.
