The Wash Tub

The last time I went to The Wash Tub was a while back and so I don't know if the staff or management has changed.

My husband was having his Honda full service detailed...inside and outside. This was not the issue at all because they actually did an amazing job with the detailing.

My low rating is because of customer service. I drove up my husband's car to get it washed before the detailing and Cindy, the person who directed car traffic was rude...I remember her being inpatient with me and interrupting my conversation on the phone (doesn't she know how to give non-verbal cues?). Directing traffic is not hard, just point to where you want me to go. There was no "hello, how may I help you today" from her or anything close to a nice greeting. And for me being on the phone, she just needed to wait. There were no cars behind me. Anyway, I told her I needed a full service detail on my husban's Honda. She then asked me if I wanted a detail on my car, which was a brand new Infiniti. When I told her "no, my car is brand new and doesn't need washing by you. I prefer to wash it myself' she just gave me a dirty look like I hurt her feelings.

Anyway, I hope management has retrained Cindy. I just can't believe that some people don't have good customer service. It is not my fault that she works at a car wash place....if you don't like working for a particular place or if you don't like what you do, I suggest you find another job that does not entail you to be in contact with customers.
