Rowlett Service Center

I have had 2 problems with these guys. First one - replaced my starter with a used one (didn't tell me till I picked the car up). The starter went south on me and they replaced it for no charge. Still they should have told me what my options were, new or used before proceeding. 2nd problem was this...took the car in for problem with fuel flow; they quoted $518.00 to fix. They told me it needed a new fuel filter and a knock sensor. Not until later did I find out that the knock sensor had to do with the check engine light only (I could have delayed that part of the repair). Oh by the way 10 mins after I left the place the check engine light came back on. Now they are telling me that additional research needs to happen to really solve the problem. Who knows how much more money I am going to spend?



Also...they kept my car for 3 days and only called me once with information. I had to keep calling them. 3 days and $518 spent and all I got out of it was a new fuel filter.
