Took my car to change engine. The engine was changed and seems to be running fine. Drove it for a couple of hours and the engine light came on and stay on (code P0507, higher idling then usual), I also inform him that my ac/heater controls where not working. The mechanic tap/hit the motor and told me that it was bad. I did some trouble shooting and found that the fuse was taken out . I reinserted the fuse and the system started working fine.
The mechanic hooked up the diagnostic computer and could not fix the problem with the idling. The mechanic recommended an other garage at 30 Blue Hill Ave to have the problem fix with an extra out of pocket expense to me. When I complaint, the mechanic (Carlos) told me that was not his problem. He said that the engine is running and that it had nothing to do with him changing the engine. His job was done.
This business/mechanics are not customer centric. They seem only to care about making a buck at any cost to the customer.
I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANY ONE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I give the lowest rating that I can give.

Great service, the comment below does not make sense, you got brakes fixed and how is that suppose to affect if your car dies ?

Junk the car its probably no good, and get a little more knowledge on automotive and their system before trying blaming the mechanic for your p.o.s car

If I could give a zero I would. This shop is a rip off, I brought my car to have the brakes fixed this Saturday,literally yesterday and they screwed with something else,and now as I'm typing my car won't drive, the thing just stopped working in the middle of traffic. I use to think that people gave Hispanics a bad name for no reason but now I know why they say never to trust them with anything because they are all thieves, especially in business. These mechanics are unethical and should not get any business because they screw their customers over, common sense would tell any decent business person that doing a good job results in loyal customers who will come back to you always, but businesses such as these will always loose business and long lasting customers, who will help the business thrive.People like these unfortunately give an entire nation a bad name. I will never again bring my car to Hispanic mechanics.
