TSO Transmissions

ASBOLITELY HORRIBLE. Paid 3000 dollars to have my transmission rebuilt. They got it done and I took it for a drive and it was allready slipping from 2nd to 3rd. Took it in and they were kind and fixed it but didn't get an apology. I get the truck back and drive it for a few months. Put a few thousand miles on it and then... I'm on the freeway going 80 and the truck would not shift. It was stuck in high rpm and would not shift. I take it back to them that same day because it is still under warranty. They take a look and tell me nothing is wrong with it. So I left. I drive it another 3000 miles now we have 10,000 miles total since the rebuild. I'm going to leave a parking lot and I put it in to drive and go about 5 feet and something snaps and the truck was stuck. Wouldn't move. I get it towed to them and they are jerks as I walk in. They say they'll take a look at it and call me back. Never got a call so I called and the guy was a jerk told me I broke it and was makin false accusations. I kindly explained to him there's no way that I broke it I don't tow anything all I do is drive. He got angry and hung up. Called back later Tuesday and they told me it would be done by Thursday or Friday. I wait a couple days still no call so I call Thursday and ask how much longer they tell me Monday and I said no you told me Friday. They said ok come in Friday at 4. Friday comes and I show up they guy shows me parts and try's telling me that I broke all of these. I said I didn't do that and the guys straight up got in my face, threw my keys on the ground and told my get the F**k out of my shop I don't ever want to you your F*****g face again. So I left assuming my truck was ok. I drive up until Monday 200 miles. As I'm driving the truck would not shift and something was grinding hard. I pull over and or it in park. Ridiculous... I drive up to a transmission shop 2 miles away and it barely made it. It wouldn't shift out of 1st at all. These guys are ridiculous and do horrible work.

The below two review are very very very true. They even forgot to tight an screw for my suburban after their service for the transmission. After the transmission fluid was leaked and burned fluid, they just want to top the fluid without flush and replaced all fluid. End up we drive to southern Utah for vacation and transmission burned at 20 miles away from Price. Tthe technician Price told us the problem was cause by the previous repair shop made mistake on the repair process. We have to spend another ~3300 to get repaired out of town. Never never never suggest to any body to go this TSO for any work, because only they want is your $, attitude is rude, impolite. bad bad bad, never seen any service like that in my life.

Very rude. Was considering getting a overhaul on my transmission there, however a tiny leak and draining transmission fluid was too much of a task to continue with a full diagnostic.

I wouldn't go there. They were rude considering the amount of money we had to come out of pocket for. They seem to care more about their profit than the care of their customers. Next time we'll take our business elsewhere.
