Dirks Pest Management

I met with a technician named Ryan who seems to be very knowledgeable but to the point of being condescending and arguing with me to make his point repeatedly in front of my house guest. What was described to me and explained was done in a misleading way about the services that were to be performed. As a result I called to speak with someone to go over exactly what should have been expected for the money I paid. I spoke with the Owner who was still, after 30 minutes, only interested in boosting about the reputable work her company does and her extra curricular volunteer work. I wasn't calling to question anyone's character, I called to talk only about the services I paid for. Dirk's was not interested in resolving this manner in any way. As a result I am very disappointed and will not be a repeat customer.
