        They go the extra mile. I had a custom piece of jewelry I wanted to get made for my girl friend. They walked me through the process step by step, they were on the phone with me keeping me up to date on the time of arrival so that I could make this very special time perfect. Thank you to the Eatons and their staff, for their attention to detail. She loved it!
