Terrible! Bought a Kirby & signed a contract stating we had 3 days to cancel & return it for a refund. Convenient no one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails. I cancelled 5/26/16 & was told the finance dept would return my call & no one has. They sure cashed my check though. Total scam! Tell these people to pound sand if they show up at your door. Terrible business!
