If I could give you no stars I absolutely would. And it wouldn't go towards all the staff but it would go towards one individual at this location "Debbie." thanks for turning my car off while I had my daughter in the car who is a baby, thank you for hanging up in my husband face and my face when we call to tell you how horrible you are due to the fact I paid you 400 and you came and for my car for a whole week to be fixed with another loaner to get to work and provide for my family. Your customer service skills are horrible. You don't take someone's shit esp if they paid the note and give them nothing for a whole week. That is complete bull shit. And to the complainant line I'm am ashamed youre working there. I gave you my concern regarding my money and the car I rent along with your service and mine of you give a rat's ass about how you treat people who give their hard earned money to you for a car. If I print out all the conversations I had with you guys and all the hang ups and slam that shit on your desk what would you do? Not only have you guys disrepected my family but you've disrespected a pregnant woman who has a great lawyer. You guys are horrible.

Horrible experience! They were nice at first.. But that's how they get what they want.. Your money! Biggest scamming liars! According to their paperwork... I'm late so my car got shut off, but according to my paperwork I still had two days to pay! Nobody ever reads the fine print or paperwork until it's too late. Their stipulations are crazy and almost unrealistic! And paying eight times more than the car is worth! Ha! That's absurd! It's like they are almost blatantly ripping people off and have been doing it for years! Worst business of any kind I have ever delt with period hands down.
Business is not recommended with this company unless you want to get royally screwed over! And all of them are in on it ripping people off with lemon vehicles and taking their money. It's all a big scam and sceme and this place should be shut down. Do not go there!!!!!!

My experience was very negative. Initially the staff seems nice; as soon as we began discussing finances, I experienced extremenly condescending tones. The 500 or 1200 dollar amounts advertised are utter LIES. I was unable to return as Id promised with necessay paperwork and they shut my car off! Despite the fact that I'd called them. I bought the car on Thursday, returned the car on Monday due to their vile, disrespectful demeanor. While I may have a lower credit score right now, does not give them lisecse to abuse. They were abusive. I plan on posting with the BBB, facebook and the Attorney General. They refuse to refund ANY of the 780 down payment.

So my car still hasn't been fixed right. And this is the third time I have to be with out it... so for all the bull... hopefully it will be right... it's February and the accident happened December 24

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!! It is a complete scam !! Overpriced cars that break down as soon as you get them and ridiculously high insurance rates thru their approved carrier only. They will not refund any of your money, fix the car or allow you to trade it for another vehicle as they say in their ad !!! COMPLETE RIPOFF !!!! BAD RATING, MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH BBB

This is the biggest Rip off ever .....if your putting $2000.00 down on a car and paying $500.00 a month why wont you just go get a damn car....I must admit I did have a Lincoln LS for $500.00 a month when I was young from them...but now I have a 2013 BMW for $360 a month.....they just want your money. ...once you get a car they tell you th we y are the only people who can service it..will no one fixed my Lincoln every time it rained my car would be soaking wetINSIDE...THEY TOLD ME I must have lwft the sun roof open as if im just stupid.....horrible place evn if your credit is bad please dont fo here your better off going to a buy here pay here car lot...

Do not rent a car from this place they will rip the customer off will shut the car off if you have simple issue with the insurance and they will do this constantey with the goal to frustate the customer to give the car back.This company make there blood money by finding unknowing consumer to fall for there tricks they make there money threw finacing only not selling cars

I have an 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from them. I love my car even though I found a few flaws in it. My problem is this darn low jack system and the rules associated with it. My insurance company messed up some of my payment papers. It wasn't a big problem to fix but it becomes a huge problem when you just got off work doing a 8:30pm to 7:00an and your stuck on the parking lot because your car won't start. They called me I admit 20 minutes before they turned it off but I did miss the call. I just feel that me paying you $500+ a month.... you can at least give me sometime to fix the problem. Geesh

Rent To Own Auto Centers is the best I have experienced. All the others I went to didn't even have a chance against this place. You walk in the doors and are greeted with positive attitudes and smiles. All the employees there do their best to help you with what you need and try to help you figure out ways to work things out. The prices and agreements are reasonable. All in all, a very professional business ran by a man who is himself professional and extremely knowledgeable with what he is doing and in this field .
