There is no web site. There never is. There is never a phone number to pay by phone. The number listed is underwriting. Who needs that out side of normal business hoursor as a client; who needs it at all? Why would anyone list it as the primry number on a website???? Why does the recording not give you a number to pay by phone?????? It gives you a website Ha Ha HA. This is far more articulate then mendota's statements or any of the information they provide for their consumers. I will switch insurance companies as soon as the policy is up only because I do not want the hassle of switching so many vehicles again before then. Mendota's customer service is as effective as the website which does not appear !!!!!!!!!!b You could be customer friendly and not constantly treaten to cancel earlier dates then you are realy foing to. You could provide a 24 hour oaynebt line which also included all the pertanent customer information so ther is no hold for a live rep. You could have a live rep available without a 30 minute wait. Thank God I have never had to find out how a claim is handled. I do not even want to thnk aboutthe headaches it would be to need any type of genuine assistnace......C
