ABSOLUTELY do not use this merchant EVER. We bought a Groupon deal: scheduled 3 times with these people and they no-call no-showed all three times. The fourth time I tried to call and reschedule they wouldn't even return my calls. Because I bought this with my AMEX we were able to get our money back. But they are definitely running some kind of scam...and now on Living Social!

Never use this place. I bought a Living Social coupon and called and emailed Butler Auto Salon numerous times and they never contacted me back. How rude and their voice mail says God Bless - I can tell you this, God will not be blessing them!!!

The same thing happened to me .... I purchased a livingsocial coupon for 99.00 . Tried 13 times to get an appt. When i finally got a return call they set the appt for after the expiration date but said they would still honor it. HA!!! OF COURSE, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!! SAME PROBLEM THAT EVERYONE ELSE SAID. Save your money and go elsewhere. This IS a rip off. And i gave them 99.00 like the rest of the reviewers.

I would not suggest buying any vouchers for this place especially from Living Social. I purchased one from them on 4/22/12 and it was valid until 8/25/12. I tried to contact this company before my expiration date and was told I could not get an appt. until late in September. I recontacted them and was told that they were unaware of any complaints on line, but that they would make sure I was satisfied. Living Social has twice sent back to me their "Fine Print" comments and so far have refused to even give me a credit toward another purchase through L.S. I do not plan to ever purchase any vouchers from them again. I have not had this problem with Groupon. I just sent another message to Kieve Butler, asking him to contact me to do something that on his price menu is $50.00; the value of my voucher, and the message was returned as no longer valid. If I could give a "NO STAR" rather than 1 star, I would have. Do not do business with this guy and better yet, do not do business with Living Social. Very disappointed in both.

Apparently this business is now working Living Social customers. I purchased a voucher for auto detailing. The first week after purchase following numerous attempts, the mailbox was full. The second week, 3 attempts and same thing. Now this week there is a recording that states "At the customer's request, this phone does not accept in-coming phone calls." ??? I got on Butler Auto Salon's website and sent an e-mail but after reading others experience with their Groupon, I am doubtful I will get a response let alone an appointment!!. I can get a refund from Living Social but they should check the reputation of the companies they deal with as this is not the first refund I have requested from them.

Had the same problem with the business, paid for a coupon for my wife, they had no appointments available for months, she then made an appointment and he called and cancelled the day of the appointment and will not return any calls to reschedule. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!

I bought a Groupon for detailing and called several times to schedule an appointment. After about the 4th call i finally recieve a call back. I was told that the soonest that I can be scheduled is 6 weeks out. I reluctantly agreed to this even though I was getting my car detailed to sell my car as soon as possible. About 4 days prior to my appointment I call HIM to reconfirm the date and all seemed to be on schedule. On the day of the appointment he was due to arrive @ 9 a.m. I waited until 1:45 p.m. No call, no show. I even called the number provided 4 times! I took the day off work for NOTHING!!! I am extremely agitated @ the unprofessionalism of this business! A simple call to let me know that he could not make it, would have been understandable but he could even provide me that courtesy. If he keeps this up he'll be out of business soon enough! I'll be spending the weekend detailing my car to list for sale instead of spending it with my family and I lost a days wages. @ least Groupon refunded my purchase.

I bought a Groupon to this company. I tried many many times to redeem this it. I called Butler auto salon for months, the owner answers the phone, says he is 'out in the field' and will call me back. He have never ONCE called me back. After months of calling, I finally had an appointment.I made it a full month beforehand! I even called and confirmed the week before which was another ordeal of trying to catch him when he wasnt "in the field". He never showed up. Not only did he never show up, he never called. Did not apologize for being late, did not call to reschedule. NOTHING. I still haven't heard an peep from this man. I am furious, we rearranged plans to make sure we would be home and he doesnt even call. Groupon is giving me my money back thankfully. I cant imagine that someone who sucks this bad at customer service does any better at actually cleaning the car. What a rotten jerk. He does 'deals' all the time with groupon and livingsocial, etc. and then makes it almost impossible to redeem them. DO NOT BUY anything related to this company.

I bought a service coupon for Butler Auto Salon through Groupon in December 2011. I scheduled my initial appointment for January 18 and no one from Butler Auto Salon showed up or bothered to call me. When I finally got a hold of someone a few days later I was given a lengthy apology and told that the owner's truck had broken down. I agreed to schedule another appointment for January 29. I waited around for 2 hours and no one showed up or bothered to call me again. About a week later I received an apology phone call and was told that the owner's truck had been stolen. Reluctantly I agreed to give them a third shot. The third appointment was for February 20 at 3pm. By 4 o'clock no one and shown up, called, or answered any of my numerous phone calls. I find this to be an incredibly unprofessional organization and am disappointed with the way they are treating customers. I contacted Groupon and was issued a refund from Groupon. I would not recommend dealing with Butler Auto again. I cannot say how well they were able to detail cars, because they never managed to do mine, however, I can safely say that they have horrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
